1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Before Work Begins: If a project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund will be issued.

Partial Work Completed: If the project is canceled after initial work has been completed, a partial refund may be granted based on the percentage of work completed.

Quality Issues: If the final deliverables significantly deviate from agreed project specifications and revisions cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be considered.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

If the client requests a refund after approving the final deliverables.

If the delay or issue is caused by incomplete information, lack of timely feedback, or changes in scope by the client.

If the client requests multiple revisions beyond the agreed revision limit.

If the project is canceled after significant progress has been made (typically beyond 50%).
3. Refund Process

Clients must submit a refund request in writing via email, stating the reason for the refund.

Our team will review the request within 3-5 business days and determine eligibility.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5 business days.
4. Changes to This Policy
